Data transmitted through these interfaces is used exclusively to provide the messaging service requested by the client. TUMIA.CO does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for advertising or profit purposes.

5. Data Deletion Instructions

- Indicate your full name and the identifier (email or phone) you wish to delete.
Once the request is received, TUMIA.CO will proceed with the permanent deletion of your records within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, notifying you of the result by the same means.
